The bifurcation of Chitral has been formalized as ‘Deputy Commissioner Lower Chitral’ started to appear on official notification letter head of henceforth Deputy Commissioner Chitral. The Deputy Commissioner of Upper Chitral has arrived in Booni to take charge of the newly carved out district in the new dispensation.
