CHITRAL: It is encouraging to know that an educational institution in Chitral has taken up a philanthropic initiative of setting up a ‘Room of Kindness’ in the college where donors can donate text books and educational paraphernalia to needy students.

The Government Girls Degree College Chitral headed by Principal Musarrat Jabin just inaugurated the ‘kind room’. Even more encouraging is the presence of a ‘Character Building Society’ in the college, an outfall of which is this noble gesture.

The principal thanked her friend Hasna Sabir living in England who has initially dedicated sixty set of text books and notebooks along with other requisites on behalf of her late father Khan Ghulam Sabir, at the time of inauguration. .. CN report, 03 Sep 2022
