Chitral: The climatic turpitude has now started taking freak turn. After seeing rainfall for most part of spring and early summer, the upper valleys of Chitral have now witnessed snowfall. A phenomenon witnessed after 60 years say old timers. The villages to have received the unwelcome snowfall at this part of the year include Oveer, Khot, Begusht (Lotkooh)) etc. The unusual weather will have adverse effect on crops and fruit bearing trees, and people of these area are generally poor and looking upto the above two natural produce live by, which they will be deprived of.? ..
