CHITRAL: Former senior bureaucrat turned politician Sultan Wazir has demanded that the outsiders particularly the Gujar community be banned from grazing cattle in the Pasteur s of the north part of Chitral which belong to the local people. He quoted the High court verdict of September 2019 and said the verdict should be implemented in letter and spirit by the local administration.
