Chitral wins Shandur polo tournament yet again
Chitral won Shandur Polo tournament, defeating Gilgit by 13-7 goals, on Monday.
Corps Commander Peshawar Lt General Nazir Ahmed Butt was chief guest at the concluding ceremony.
Speaking on the occasion, he lauded the role of people of Chitral and Gilgit-Baltistan in promotion of polo.
Later, he gave away awards to the players. Cultural activities were also arranged on the occasion. Tourists both from home and abroad participated in the festival.
