Chitral traders demand opening of markets
CHITRAL: Shop keepers from different markets of Chitral town bazaar gathered at the Bazar Mosque to demand immediate opening of businesses in the bazars. They said such has been allowed in other districts but Chitral was being treated differently. The participants said where on one hand there ware huge crowds in front of banks, traders dealing in garments, shoes, eateries and general stores etc were going bankrupt because of remaining continuously closed.. Speakers criticized the sitting Tajar Union and said it has not been able to protect the rights of traders. They said a no confidence move would be moved against the sitting cabinet after Ramzan. Later a delegation of traders met the Deputy Commissioner.
