Chitral: District Bar Association called a rally followed by a public meeting to express solidarity with Supreme Court Judge Justice Qazi Faiz Eesa. The Judge giving verdict on a court case had issued notice to the Armed forces institutions to penalize those personal under their command who in contravention of their oath had supported the Faiz Abad Rawalpindi Dharna by Tehrik Labaik in Nov 2017 causing disruption to the lives of millions of citizens for many days. The lawyer leaders including Abdul Wali Khan, Khurshid Hussain Mughal, Sajidullah, Niaz A Niazi,? etc said they were ready to render any sacrifice for the independence of the judiciary.
