PIA Responds to Lost Baggage Claim after Six Months

Chitral: It can only happen with PIA and in Pakistan.?A passenger travelling from Islamabad to Chitral in July 2018 did not get his luggage bag on arrival at Chitral. He duly launched a lost baggage claim. One week after returning from Chitral to Islamabad and hectically searching for his baggage he found the bag lying in the lost/unclaimed baggage store at Islamabad airport. On inquiry a person on duty on condition of anonymity said the bag had been making rounds and recently arrived from Quetta. The baggage was retrieved on delivering the coupon.

On 26 Dec 2018 the passenger received an email asking whether the baggage has been delivered.? .. CN report, 26 Dec 2018

  1. I TRAVELED WITH PIA AND I HAVE REPORT FOR MISSING BAG ON ISB AIRPORT THEY GAVE ME CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, I HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES BUT NO ONE PICK UP THE PHONE.

  2. I LOST MY 1 BAG WHEN I TRAVELED 23 OF APRIL 2019 I DIDN’T FIND MY BAG OR NO ONE CONTACT ME YET.
