Chitral: Despite three months having passed since the July 26 General Elections were held, Chitral bazar is still littered with election posters which at prominent places are very obvious and give an untidy picture of neglect by the respective organisations responsible for cleanliness of the town. In order to achieve effective and efficient standard of governance, responsibilities of government organisations should be well defined and there should be an accountability institution at the district level to over see that organisations are carrying out their job properly. ..
