CHITRAL: Unpleasantness created in Chitral after a row erupted when the MPA Hidayatur Rhman used harsh words for DC Chitral lower in a published video clip has been resolved amicably. Commissioner Malakand Riaz Khan Mehsud acted as the arbitrator and after meeting the local JUI a communique was issued in which both the parties apologized to each other and thus closed the chapter of acrimony.

if finally MPA sb had to offer a formal apology to Deputy commissioner, he should have assessed his power and strength before abusing the DC and uploading the video in social media in the first place. Now he has been cut to size. He has apologized to avoid legal action and the subsequent consequences he could have faced which would possibly have resulted in loss of his seat in the Provincial Assembly.
