CHITRAL: Dr Abdul Hakim of Chitral has topped the Khyber Medical University BDS Final Year Examination 2019 by obtaining 1048 marks out of 1200. Dr Abdul Hakim has maintained an envious academic record through out his student life. He had earlier obtained five gold medals in 1st , 2nd and 3rd year BDS professional exams.
