Chitral: When the weather heats up in the plains beggar families migrate to cooler heights to spend the season and also practice their profession i.e beggary. This year also many beggar families have alighted on Chitral and can be seen in the bazars begging. The beggars also include young girls which make them more prominent to be noted. Although technically as Pakistani citizen any one has the right to move any where? in the country but when the same becomes becomes a source of nuisance nuisance and on public complaints, administrative action can be taken and such beggars can be deported from the district.
