I would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor service
being rendered by the officials of Mobilink Jazz in its franchise
office in Chitral town. Their dealing with customers is not
appropriate and they are taking extra charges when you reopen your
sim. I have seen that generators remain switched on in other
telecommunication franchises during power outages for providing
uninterrupted service to their customers like Ufone and Telenor etc.
But, here at Mobilink, they donít care for their customersí precious
time. Sometimes, they show excuse that DSL is disconnected.
Breakdown of signal is also common in every few hours and signal
disappears for ever in some buildings. I myself am fed up with this
particular telecommunication service. lastly, my request to
the Mobilink authorities is to take serious step and dealing with
customers should be proper and if the quality does not improve, it
would be a major loss for the telecommunication company.--
